<p>I think all early deadlines would be November 1, 11:59 PM EST.</p>
<p>We are on the West Coast. D was sending her ED/EA applications for West Coast schools through the CommonApp yesterday (10/29) at 10 pm PST. In the CommonApp log, her applications were shown as submitted on "10/30". I'm sure the schools still recieved everything on "10/29" :)</p>
