Hi everyone, I'm a senior who has only been in US for 2 years, so I have to take TOEFL(since I didn't meet 550 on CR...)

I got 2050 (CR 520 W 730(essay 12) M 800) on SAT.

What I'm worrying is that I got 99 on TOEFL (R 25, L 27, S 22, W 25), which is 1 point below the minimum... Will UIUC ECE reject me directly regardless of other factors...? Time doesn't allow me to retake it :(

I have
GPA: 3.83(UW, school doesn't do weight)
SAT II: Math II 800, Physics 800, Chem 730
AP: Calc BC 5 (AB Sub 5). Physics C Mech 4. E&M 5. Chem 5
and a lot of good ECs(3 clubs leadership. violin state orchestra (also state qualified, 3 champions in my home country, and school orchestra 1st). swimming team. volunteering > 500 hrs, summer programs, also I start private tutoring on AP calculus)

and I have 21 college courses this year (from freshman level to junior level, mostly in Physics. Math and Engineering)

is this real?? i have much lower score than you do but just meet the standard you mentioned, 550 on CR. I got exactly 550 on CR but i never heard of that it is a standard in UIUC for those who are applying to engineering. And I got 97 on the TOEFL, 3 points below the minimum?

I have a friend who got the same score on your SAT but with a 93 on the TOEFL got into UIUC for priority ( account major). are you sure that there is a minimum?
