Help. FAFSA PIN?

Thanks in advance to those who read through and offer advice.

ok a bit background. My stepdad did the FAFSA for me. I shouldn't have trusted him because he's rather careless. I applied to eight schools, got accepted by only Cornell and U of A. However, on the FAFSA form he said he filled out and filed, there were only spaces for six schools and so guess what happened! He put every OTHER school except Cornell and UA. I can't blame him, but things didn't turn out well. Now I'm screwed because I got offered a pretty bad FA package by Cornell, and Cornell asks me for FAFSA and 2004 Tax returns. I haven't sent those to Cornell yet. They accepted my FA appeal process.

NOW: QUICK QUESTION: How can I resend, re-submit the FAFSA to Cornell? because if they didn't receive it and the in the six original schools my stepdad didn't even include Cornell, I need to send Cornell my FAFSA right?
He forgot the PIN too, "a 4-digit numeric code or 6-digit alphabetic code " according to fafsa.ed.gov. How do I get my PIN?

okay , apparently my stepdad remembered my old PIN, but it was after I already sumbitted request for a duplicate PIN to my email address. NOW: How can I make corrections and delete those six original schools on my FAFSA, and replace them with Cornell and U of A, and resend, re-submit the FAFSA to Cornell , UA?

ALso, it says my EFC is 04864 C ??!? what does that mean? I think it wouldn't just be $4864 for my EFC right? because my mom and stepdad make 6 figures.

I believe you can submit corrections and just change the list of schools you're sending the copy too. My friend applied to 7 schools so when she re-submitted a correction, she just switched in a new school and let five others repeat in an overlap, so I'm assuming you can just change the list and add Cornell and U of A instead.

As for your contribution problem, I'm not quite sure what your stepdad filled in so maybe you should look over the FAFSA and compare it with your tax returns yourself to see if he made any typo and such. Missed a 0 or something like that.

I hope you get this problem solved. Best of luck!

Thanks Bomee, I changed the schools successfully! Now the question is how after the corrections, where should I go or click to submit FAFSA electronically to UA and Cornell ASAP?

Where's the SUBMIT button?? electronically sign it? print a signature page? what are these about? I have my own PIN, but not my stepdad's PIN, who prepared my FAFSA. Now i'm just interested in how to send the corrected and updated FAFSA.
