I'm applying to 10+ schools which is a problem for the FAFSA- as the "limit" is only 10 schools. I provided my PIN for the signature but my mom wants to provide her signature via the mail. A day after completing the FAFSA, I received an e-mail that my SAR was already made and was available for the schools (ten schools) I cited even though my mom still didn't send the paper signature. After two days, I checked one of the schools I first cited, and it said that my FAFSA was still missing on their records. With the deadline of the other schools fast approaching, is it safe to delete my first ten schools and add my other schools even though a school from that group said that my FAFSA was still missing? Also, I think my name is also a problem. I live in the Philippines, and my "middle name" here is considered to be my mother's maiden name, while in the USA, my "middle name" would be my "second first name" - ex. john (First) JACOB(middle name for USA) BROWN (Maiden name of mom considered to be middle name) Love (last name). In my applications, I followed the Philippine tradition of having the maiden name become the middle name while in my FAFSA (which said that I should enter my name precisely based on my Social sec. card), I cited my "second first name" as my middle name. Is this another reason of why the school can't locate my processed FAFSA????

I really need your help- I'm freakin out. I can't afford college without financial aid.
