Help figuring out where to apply to?

Hi! I'm a rising senior who will be applying in the fall, and I need help figuring out the colleges I'll be applying to.
I'm a California resident, and right now, my list is:

-SJSU
-Cal Poly SLO
-Santa Clara University
-UCI
-UCD
-UCSD
-Chapman (maybe??)
-U of Washington (Seattle)
-Northeastern (maybe????)

I honestly do not know what I want to major in, but potential majors would be computer science or accounting, but I'm open to anything, really.

Academic GPA: 3.49/3.97
SAT: Right under 1800, retaking in October, aiming to score above 1800
SAT subjects: planning on taking Math II in the fall, not sure yet...
AP's: European History (3) and Music Theory (3, nonaural 2, aural 5)

Senior courseload: AP Psych, Econ/civics (req), Calc, Philosophy in lit, AP Comp Sci

Misc:
-3 years of Key Club (and counting)
-Piano lessons since I was 4, passed all levels of ABRSM except 1,2, and 4 with distinction, passed DipABRSM, testing for LRSM in the fall
-3 seasons of cross country (one season varsity) and one or two seasons of track
-(((Some sort of work experience this summer, not definitive yet)))

Any help at all is appreciated!!

For Computer Science based on current SAT and GPA:
SJSU/Santa Clara/Chapman: Match
UCI/UCD: High Match
UCSD/SLO/UW: Low Reach
CS has been extremely competitive the last few years. SAT of 1900+ would increase your chances.
For Finance, you have much better chances with all those schools.
For the OOS schools, are your parents willing to pay the higher tuition costs?
Focus on better test scores and stellar essays. Good Luck.

Each school will have a net price calculator. This will tell you approximately what the school will expect your family to pay. This is the most important information to finding the right fit for you. You’ll need parental finances info that only your parents have, so talk to them about doing this net price calculator research for the Expected Family Contribution. This, too, will help you determine what schools to leave on your list.
