Hi all,
I applied last year to Barnard as a first year and was wait listed. I’m currently a freshman at UC Berkeley with a 3.81 GPA, honors in my college, member of Amnesty and the National Organization for Women and I do volunteer work at a dance studio in SF. My SAT scores were a rather low 2010, and my high school GPA was 3.86(UW) with four higher level classes in the IB. I want to major in neuroscience or psychology and minor in dance.
Could anyone out there give me some advice as to what Barnard expects from transfers who were previously waitlisted? Has anyone been through this successfully? What might my chances be like this time around? Thanks!!! :)

I have no inside information on how many transfers Barnard accepts, but I think doing so well at Berkeley should make a strong case for you, especially since you were so close before.

thanks @notakid! I really hope I get in. Barnard is a fantastic place.
