<p>If I do receive two Ds this first semester, will I have any chance of being accepted to Calstate LongBeach or Fullerton?
The two Ds are in AP Stats and AP Gov, and I believe that they are both required for the A-G requirement. (need one more year for both Math & History).
I plan on dropping AP Gov, but maybe staying in AP Stats. Please help me.</p>
<p>D’s will definitely hurt you; i don’t know Calstate, so it might not be a big deal, but it’ll probably look bad; if you can’t pull your grades up in both of them, then dropping one would be a good idea. if you focus on Stat, then if possible really try hard to bring your grade up to at least a C for the semester.</p>
<p>You cannot get less than a “C” in a-g classes for California Universites.
A friend of my daughter had his acceptance to SDSU pulled after a “D”
in AP Calc. He didn’t even need to take the class :(</p>
