Help! I needa know my chances!!

I am a junior, just got back my sat scores.

GPA - 4.0
SAT - 680 CR 680 Math and 630 WR
EC's - well basically I am looking to play baseball in university. I have recieved letters from University of Arizona, Cornell, Virginia Tech, and some other schools. Im not the biggest guy and know baseballs probably not going to make me a living so I wanna get an education to go along with my athletics. I wanted over 2000 but didn't get it so I'm kinda upset.

Schools I'm interested in:

All the Ivy's
U of Chicago - DIII
Emory -DIII
John Hopkins - DIII
MIT - DIII
Cal
Boston College
Georgetown

*I wrote DIII beside the schools just to basically show that there baseball teams are worse than the D1 schools, although some of the Ivies have some weaker teams (in comparison to say Arizona schools etc.)

I am a Canadian student, I have some other EC's (volunteer work etc.) and yea...

What are my chances?

Is your GPA weighted or unweighted?
Do you take IB, AP, advanced, or honors classes?
Your SAT score is a bit low for all of those schools.
You say you got letters from colleges for baseball, how many years have you played? Have you guys won championships? Are you captain of your school team? etc
Add ALL of your information from freshmen-right now.

My school offers IB, I do not take it. I go to the number one rated school in my province (which is the number 1 rated province in Canada, which has the number 2 or 3 education system in the world, next to something crazy like finland or something). Basically, IB in my school in some courses is weaker than the regular course, so I decided to stay in my regular courses.

GPA - unweighted I believe... I dunno Canada does it different in high school but thats what my advisor told me... top 10% in my class

My baseball team is a travel team (in Canada there is no high school ball). We have had two kids selected as high school allamericans this past year (haha all american canadians) the program has produced over 130 college players in just over 15 years and about too get a couple in the mlb. we went to the arizona junior fall classic showcase tourny and thats where I first got talked too. We tied the number 6 travel team in the states (norcal) (showcases allow you too tie). I run a 3.9 40 (pretty fast) and a 7.0 60 (mlb average is about 6.9 so its pretty fast for my age). My problem is I am 5'9" and 153 lbs.

I've put in some volunteer work at the senior center. Ive done some other small things but thats about it.

I know my scores wouldnt get me in just on academics, but I am hoping with baseball that maybe they consider me a guy that they would take as there arn't many athletes with decent sat scores.
