Help me choose (MD or DO)

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>i've been accepted into a few DO schools and ONE MD school.</p>

<p>Out of the DO schools, the one i really like is Nova Southeastern. The one MD school is Saint Louis' Med Scholars Program.</p>

<p>I know some of u will probably say 'pick the MD school, its so obvious!!' But i've seen mixed reviews for the Medical Scholars Program. I'm kinda nervous that out of 90-100 ppl, only like half move on into the med school.</p>

<p>Nova on the other hand, i've only heard good things. And plus the campus and atmosphere is just amazing. </p>

<p>Um, actually, I believe that 98% of the students in SLU Medical Scholars moves onto medical school</p>

<p>although 98% of those WHO APPLY get accepted, only about half apply in the first place.</p>

<p>I was told that out of about 150 students, there are only 70 remaining in the program, and only half apply to SLU’s med school.</p>

<p>THAT’S SCARY</p>

<p>Saint Louis university isnt super prestigous, I’d apply to a different Medical School and that is prob why only half applied to SLU</p>

<p>I heard the same thing. SLU admits only have 50% chance to go to med school</p>
