Help me choose my AP classes!

This year will be my senior year in high school. As of right now, my plan is
AP Biology
AP Calculus AB
AP Psychology
AP Spanish Language (I am a non native speaker)
AP Macroeconomics/ AP US Government (each is a semester course)
English IV (although I took AP Lang, I decided to drop AP Lit)

I'm just curious, is this too much for senior year? I'm planning to drop AP Macro/ AP US Gov, but I don't know if I should. Many students at school say that it's very doable. I have considered dropping AP Spanish. However, if I take the class and pass it, I'll receive the seal of bi-literacy.

The schedule above is the best schedule I've come too. Oh and my school's counselors are very hard. They don't allow students to drop AP or honors classes. They assign students' classes based on our grades from previous years, and often they do not let us trade this AP class with another AP class (unless it's a reasonable excuse like chemistry labs make me dizzy and have headaches). Usually, we need to have our parents write a note or we have to be close to them for them to adjust our schedule.
Luckily, my registration is two weeks away so I still have time to rearrange and plan out my schedule.

So if you can, please rate those classes in order of easiest to hardest. Plus, if you have any other suggestion or class replacement for me to take instead, please comment too.
Just a heads up, my school offers a very limited amount of AP classes. So here the list of other AP classes that I haven't taken: chemistry, computer science, calculus bc (but I can't this anyway), ap lit, french, physics c, environmental science, music theory, comparative gov.

Thank you in advance :)

First of all, I should warn you that the difficulty of AP classes ranges from school to school so my rankings of courses are based mostly on personal experience. Also, the classes you take should also be based on your personal preferences and abilities.

I think Calc AB, US Government, Biology, Chemistry, and Spanish (in that order in terms of difficulty from easiest to hardest) are great classes and are pretty versatile. You will definitely need science, math, history, and language classes in college and having a solid foundation can only help you.

Macroeconomics is probably not going to be easy and, unless you want to take the econ route in college and maybe go into investment banking or business or something, is basically unnecessary.
Psych is kind of the same way, although it is generally MUCH easier. However, unless you know you want to go on the pre-med track, psych will not help you very much in college. But hey, if you like the subject, go for it! I personally loved the class and it was a nice breather from the rest of my AP courseload.

I do think that AP Lit is a really good course to take. This probably is not the case for most schools, but my school always strongly suggested that taking Lang and then taking an easier English course in 12th grade shows a decrease in motivation (which sounds lame, but kind of makes sense if you think about it). Also, it keeps your mind sharp when it comes to tackling those college essays and your AP Lit teacher will probably be a great resource.

Once again, let me remind you that this is only from personal experience. Your school’s AP curriculum might be complete different. In any case, I wish you the best of luck. You are obviously very driven and hard working. Keep it up!

I would say from easiest to hardest: Psych, Econ, Calc AB, Bio, Spanish
Psych has a rep as an easier AP, so you should be fine. Econ is also not reputed to be very hard. Calc AB is not too bad either. Bio can have some more work, and Spanish will probably be quite difficult (foreign language APs are hard). You could definitely handle the schedule you have now. In fact, you could probably take Lit and still be fine, especially if you’re strong at English.
