Help Me Decide What to do?

Alright, so I've got a great ACT score (35) and just took the SAT at the last test date. I'm expecting a 2200.

I was originally going to take the Math II and Literature subject tests on June 2nd, until I realized I suck at them. I actually just got a 560 literature on a practice and I have gotten a 680 and a 690 on practice Math IIs. I would never send those in when I'm applying to schools like Stanford, CMC, UC schools, etc..

My question is: Do I really need to take subject tests? Stanford, CMC, UC schools, USC, and the other schools I'm interested in don't require them. Some recommend them, others just say not required. I have pretty close to a 4.0 also, taking pretty much the hardest classes I can take. So what do I do?? Thanks!

Even if you don’t need to, it’s usually a good idea to take a couple subject tests. If you take any subject tests, be sure to take the ones you excel at.
