Help me get from RDU airport to Duke!!!!!!!

<p>Hi,
I am visinting Duke right before th ED deadline to make sure that is where I want to go. I am planning on going to Duke either within 1-3 weeks probably on the 19th or 20th. I will most likely get to RDU around 9 am, and then leave the SAME day at around 7 pm. Can you please tell me the best way to get from and to the airport.</p>

<p>You can take a cab. From RDU to Duke should cost about $25 one way.</p>

<p>Ok 50 bucks isn’t too too bad but it is still 50 dollars. I thought theyt had a free shuttle, but I guess I was wrong. Are there anyu cheaper ways to get there?</p>

<p>I am pretty sure they run buses on Thanksgiving to airport and back once or twice, and perhaps again for Winter break although the reality is students come and go at all sorts of dates depending on their labs, tests and due dates for course work.</p>

<p>When I visited I used a shuttle service, which as $40 round trip so its a little bit less expensive. It was really convenient, they dropped me off and picked me up right at the bus stop on West</p>

<p>the shuttle I arranged when I arrived at RDU, theres a lot of taxis waiting at the airport also. I think if you schedule for a shuttle beforehand there’s a few discounts</p>
