<p>I don’t know why it would be removed. I have to transfer in the winter otherwise I will be amassing unnecessary units.</p>
<p>Winter TAG was hardly “secretly cancelled”. CC transfer counselors have been going off about it in emails (at least at my school) for months (“Apply this November, because you won’t be able to apply in July for winter!!!”). Just because it doesn’t make headline news in your hometown newspaper doesn’t mean it’s secretly cancelled. I don’t know how you’d make anything secret that deals with transfer students, frankly.</p>
<p>Also, Winter TAG wasn’t cancelled because of laziness or whatever. It was cancelled because of state budget problems. There’s already talk of finding a way to reinstate it for the future if funding no longer becomes an issue.</p>
