help me narrow down!

<p>Hi, I've been checking in several college duides and reading forums on here about the U of California campuses. </p>

<p>I am applying to 4...</p>

<p>look at my list to see if it's any good. any comments will be awesome. I want to go to med school but I plan on majoring in pyschology or neuroscience and also take teh med school requirements, I don't want to majoir in biology or anything like that.</p>

<p>ok I have:</p>

<p>U of Berkley
UCSD
U of Merced</p>

<p>now should i put U of Irvine or U of Davis?</p>

<p>what about U of Santa Cruz?</p>

<p>and how good is U of Merced? I know they are brand new, and i've heard good and bad things about it so i don't know what to think. how are their academic? their teachers? their reputation in teh view of ppl that matter (Admission councilors, grad school, med school, etc)</p>

<p>I'd concentrate on fit...did you visit Irvine or Davis? I'd suggest you check out Merced, since it is more like a small liberal arts college.</p>

<p>I suspect if you want a more intimate experience you could add Santa Cruz, if you like it.</p>
