HELP ME! T_T I skipped 18 Q's and got maybe around 9 wrong on reading section

wrong for Critical reading...
But for math section I think I did better maybe 2-3 wrong?
For writing section I think it was worse than math but like 5-8 wrong? But omitted some questions like 2-3
For my essay...mediocre maybe a 8 or 9

If I want to get at least a 2000, would I get at least 2000? What would my score be about?
Should I cancel it? My friends said that 18 was too much to omit... T_T

This is my 2nd time taking SAT and I'm a senior...
When should I take it again? December? Nov? would it be bad to cancel my score and have a bad score like 1780 for colleges to see when maybe this test may be higher than 1780?

first time I got 1780... bad....

I also may take SAT II in nov instead..or should i not?
want to get into great colleges..

PLEASE HELP ME T_T so troublesome these SATs and college stuff :|

18 is a MIGHTY LOT. O_O

I got 1780 as well my first time. Sadly, this SAT didn’t make me feel any better.

Please I need advise? 18 is too much? so should i cancel? please read my first post for more info to help me? T_T im depressed now
I think I’m the ONLY one who didnt get to do 18 questions and even with 9 wrong

Hmm, don’t fret. If it helps, I’ll tell you what I’m going to do…

I am also worrying about my grades, and I will wait until I get my scores on the 20th and if I’m not pleased with what I see, I will QUICKLY register for the november SAT. (deadline on 21st) I’m fine with paying late fee, if it means i have a better shot :P

^
even if I think i might get 1870 or 1900 only? and want at least 2000?

Just skipping 18 questions brings you down to 2100. Then the predicted wrong. No way. Hate to break it to you.

***^?

Skipping 18 question already brings ur reading to around a 500 im guessing, plus number wrong that means in the 400s… You are below average for reading and you consider top colleges?

Getting a 750 on Math also means that you can only get 2-3 wrong, and rest perfect without omitting any… So chances you’ll get even a 700 in math are low. Idk what ur writing is like, but 8-9 essay is ok for a 650.

Ur score can be anywhere from 1650-1900

Dont cancel it if the college u want to go to uses Score choice, which u need to research urself. If the colleges allow score choice u can take it many times without them caring.

@indianguy94: I think ur curve is quite harsh!

@Goldencollege: 18 skipped and 9 wrong will more likely end up with >500!
I got 530 in my first test with 26 wrong and skipped. u can consider that.
math: -2 or -3 may be 720-750
writing: 8 essay and 7-11 wrong and skipped maybe 580-650. 20 points higher with essay 9
so 1800-1920.if I were you, I would retake! got >1900 in June I took it 2nd time 2 days ago too.

Oh yea my bad, 18 omitted and 9 wrong is between 520-580 which isn’t that bad. I checked the bluebook scoring guide for practice test 10
