Help me weed out my extracurriculars?

Hi!
I'm really tired from studying AP Physics...so I guess I'll post here. OH and I'm a junior.

After reading multiple threads about extracurriculars on CC, I've been a bit paranoid about my extracurriculars. The problem is that I don't exemplify a consolidated interest. My extracurriculars are scattered but I actually really enjoy doing them. However, people who aren't really close to me are calling me the "college-suck up" because of this and I'm not really sure if adcoms will share the same view.

Here is a list of my extracurriculars:
- National Economics Challenge Team (3 years) - ( Our school has won the national challenge a couple times actually. )
-No Free Lunch Club (basically the economics club) 2 years and VP for Senior year
-Science Olympiad (not the serious USABO one...the fun one) 2 years (Going to nationals this year; member of the starting team because we didn't have olympiad until this year)
-Help found Pre-Med Club at my school; officer
-Red Cross Club 3 years + Officer for Senior year
-Interact Club 3 years
-Piano 9 years
-Tutoring at School +40 Hours
-Mentoring young children 2 years
-Chinese Culture Club Officer
-National Chinese Honor Society - First Treasurer Ever! yay
-Student-Faculty Relations Chair at my school for Senior year
-Cross Country (3 years + 7th at JV champs [lol JV I know....lame])
-Track (4 years)
-Ritsumeikan Science Fair Convention
-Culinary Arts Club Officer (okay, this is........just for the food......and because I love to cook)

Oh and some really brief stats are:
GPA weighted 4.0 (yeaaaah.....it should really be higher since it is weighted)
SAT 2200
Chinese/Japanese from Hawaii
No hook :[
APs: AP ush, AP Physics B, AP Eng Lang, AP Eng Lit, AP Bio, AP Calc AB, AP Macro/Micro
Future Major: Biotechnology with a minor/double in Economics (then Med School!)

** I also take two languages (Japanese and Chinese) and I'm trilingual if you don't count Japanese. I really like learning languages haha

Please help me pick out extra curriculars that you think are more relevant to my desired major/developing something unique. I'm leaning towards the Economics and Premed club but I want more opnions.

That’s quite a list. This is JMHO:

Delete Science Olympiad since it’s not the “real” one.

Delete mentoring young children (what is that anyway?)

Delete Chinese Culture Club. Your interest/aptitude is demonstrated elsewhere.

Delete Red Cross Club. You have other ECs which are more interesting/unusual.

Keep National Economics Challenge Team and No Free Lunch Club. Demonstrates interest/aptitude for the subject.

Keep Piano. Demonstrates interest in the arts and a long-term commitment to something.

Keep Cross Country. Delete Track; it’s redundant.

Keep Pre-Med Club.

What is Interact Club?

^
Thanks for your input!

hmmm it’s like the “Big Brothers, Big Sisters Afterschool Program” where you kind of help little kids with school and uh…anything else they need. I love kids; in the…appropriate manner.

and Interact Club is like Red Cross.
They’re both volunteering focused.

Look for opportunities to pursue these things beyond the school or community level. One or two of your ECs will naturally start to take up more time if you do that, and you can drop the others.
