I need to narrow down my list and know which schools are safety/target/reach/high reach
taking into account that some of these schools are test optional

Bates
Bowdoin
Colby
Connecticut College
Holy Cross
Stonehill
Brandeis
Lafayette
Lehigh
Skidmore
Fairfield
Gettysburg
Wesleyan U
Providence College

Help me please!!! & maybe suggest some good safety/target schools for me in the Northeast with about 1000-5000 students

If you could elaborate on the characteristics (aside from size of student body), for example urban vs. rural, you are looking for, it would be helpful. Also, please elaborate on your interests and prospective major.

Holy Cross is 1 mile from Worcester and just 45 miles from Boston. Brand new 60 million dollar science complex opened in January. Great reputation for premed and biology.

Take a look at Goucher, Ursinus, Juniata and St. Mary’s (a public LAC in MD on the Chesapeake-a lovely campus). Take a look at Smith and Bryn Mawr too.

In your current list, Bowdoin and Wesleyan are reaches. Brandeis is match/reach. Work on getting that CR score up! It’s not consistent with your your grades and W score.

If you look at the Common Data Set for each school, you will see how you compare to those students who were admitted. Google it.

You should check out Colby, Bucknell, Colgate, and Wheaton. Look more into Fairfield, Lafayette, Brandeis, Wellesley, and Lehigh. If you’re still having diffuculty you should check out these websites: [College Search - Find colleges and universities by major, location, type, more.](<a href=“College Search - BigFuture | College Board”>College Search - BigFuture | College Board).
