A cheap and easy way to help: you might want to watch American television shows and movies, which you can find on the internet. Just repeatedly listening to American English can help your own pronunciation. I have heard some foreign language speakers benefit from watching American children's television shows like "Sesame Street," in which characters speak slowly and explain words and concepts repeatedly. You have to start somewhere.

I agree, watch movies in English and TV
Read, go online, do stuff in English.

Get yourself to be train at thinking in English.

Also, don't be afraid, come to the USA and get involved with society, in here there are many Community College classes to people to get better at speaking.
You're not alone man

it's much easier with the internet. back in my dad's day, he listened to the radio for an hour or two each day. Just try reading google news or watching tv shows.

If you learn this, your English grammar will be better than half of America:

Alot is NOT a word. It is two words - A and lot. for example, "I have a lot of chicken nuggets."

They're = they + are. Example: "They're going to college."

Their = possessive (someone owning something). Example: "Their dog is cute." The dog belongs to them, so it is theirs

There = indicates a place or location. Example: "Put the book over there." The book is being put in a place, so it is there, rather than their or they're.

You're = You + are. Example: "You're so tall!"

Your = owning something, being possessive. "Your package arrived today!" The package belongs to the person, so we use your.

and in English "you" can be used for both singular and plural, whereas for first person "I" or "me" is singular and "we" or "us" is plural and for 3rd person "he," "she," "it" are singular while "they" and "them" are plural...
"you"=你 and “you“=你们
