<p>Hello all. Looking for some colleges in the Northeast and possibly in the South (but not the deep South, please!) If anyone could help recommend some for me that would be greatly appreciated.</p>

<p>GPA: B-/B average (competitive NYC private single sex school, ranked #1 for HYP matriculation, doesn't calculate GPA, doesn't rank)...I know this is a low GPA to most who frequent this site, but please keep in mind that a B is considered an excellent grade at my school, and I only know of a few people who have straight A's (maybe 4 or 5).</p>

<p>SATs: 2040 (760 CR, 720 W, 560 M <em>shudder</em>)
(I'm going to retest...aiming for 2100+)</p>

<p>SAT IIs: Haven't tested yet.</p>

<p>APs: English Lit (5), French (5)</p>

<p>You need to provide more details, there are dozens of schools in the northeast for B students. majors, city or not, size, Greek life, sports. What can your family afford. What schools do you already have on your list.</p>
