For the EC section
where it says describe activity I put down Guitar,Piano, and Cancer/Diabetes fundraising. What should I put for Position held, honors won, or letters earned? -
Where it says Hrs/wk and Wks/yr. Should I put something like 4 hrs and 1 yr?

What if I do not have any Academic Honors do I put n/a? Does a scholorship and completing a special computer program count as academic honors?

1) If you do not hold a position, have not earned any honors, and have not earned any letters, leave it blank.

2) Yes, but instead of 1 year put 52 weeks. Assuming that you really worked 4 hours every single week of the year.

3) I think those count as academic honors, so I would write them down. That is the section to put down any academic recognition you have recieved that doesn't really fit anywhere else.

thanks I got a few more questions...

1) Under secondary school there is something that says "If you are not currently attending school, please check here" I graduated so I check it right? And there is a part that says "Describe in detail your activities since last enrolled in the box below.(mandatory if you are not currently attending school)" I fill that part out right?

2) For the EC section I typed BPA club under describe activity and for position held I put club member. Is that correct?

1) Yes.

2) That would be ok. Since you didn't have an elected position it would also be ok to leave it blank.

one last question I swear!

For the essay I chosed to make up my own thing. Should I write a prompt?

bump bump bump

I assume they offered some options and then an option 'or a topic of your choice'? If that's the case, you could just write the essay. If they ask you to 'create your own prompt and answer it', then obviously you should do as they ask.
