HELP!!!!! Naviance & Common App Problems

<p>So I am applying to college Early Action and I have a few issues with the common app and naviance </p>

<p>1). When I look through the "assign recommenders" part of the application, it says the following: "Your school is using Naviance EDocs for transcripts, school reports, and teacher recommendations. Please contact your counselor directly and they will provide instructions specific to your school regarding these documents. Once your teachers submit their recommendations you will see the status below". </p>

<p>It says my common application, member questions, assign recommenders, and writing supplement are "ready". However, there is a yellow dot next to the larger "Application" and "Writing Supplement" headings. </p>

<p>There is a yellow dot next to the teacher recommendations part. Does this mean that my teachers have not submitted my recommendations? Or do I have to check naviance to see if they have done so? </p>

<p>2). Which brings me to my next problem. I have tried logging into naviance but I forgot my password. So I clicked reset password and I still haven't gotten an email. </p>

<p>Any answers would be appreciated</p>

<p>I have a similar issue. I am unable to assign any teacher recommendations and it states that I must go about doing this via Naviance.</p>
