HELP: Need to make a decision by 23:59 TOMORROW

only 1 hour left to decide, i'm still not really sure what to do.

if i submit both which one will they look at?

Don't shoot me...but I think Stanford is wholistic in their review, and superscores them...you know your SAT I scores don't come close to what they look for, but your 4.0 UW GPA and your ecs should speak volumes as to what you are capable of doing at Stanford. Your ACT backs that up. G'Luck!

thanks for the encouragement :) i decided to send them because i don't think i can afford not to send the subject test scores.

I'm in the same predicament as you. From what I've read, the colleges will factor in your highest score from either test (and convert it to whatever measure they see fit), so if you don't send in your sat ii's, it's definitely not an automatic rejection. However, it heavily depends on the rest of your application (essays, EC's, recs) to determine whether the mediocre SAT score will impact your app badly enough.

I'd suggest to just send in your app for early action with the ACT score only; if anything, with your ACT score, hopefully at worst you'll be deferred and then for regular decision, you can decide whether to retake your SATs, not send scores, or send them in as is. Good luck
