help! no safeties

So i've already applied to my dream super reach school which is stanford.

I really have no other schools that I am interested in right now. The only other school i'm applying to is my state University of Washington which should be a match for me.

I'm looking for other match/safety schools, but with so many schools out there its hard getting started, as i've spent all of my energy focusing on those two schools...

I'm interested in a small-midsize school, urban or suburb, pretty diverse, and im looking to major with something in the humainties/business/pre-law. I really don't care about how strong the math/science departments are.

Thanks for the help...

try some liberal arts schools

Familiarize yourself with the Patriot League. Some of the oldest and most prestigious LACs in the nation coupled with Division 1 athletics. The Patriot League - Official Athletic Site

Well Evergreen State is an amazing safety right under your nose. We loved that school and Olympia. Or how about Lewis & Clark? These are more LACs than business per se, but you can get to business from anywhere.

If you have the stats to be a strong candidate at Stanford then check out U of Chicago as a match.

You should consider Claremont McKenna Claremont McKenna College or Pomona The Pomona College Web, which seem too small in size until you combine the enrollments of the five-college consortium, all essentially within biking if not walking distance of each other.

If you have the qualifications for Stanford, you could look to USC USC - University of Southern California for the business program and CA connections and perhaps be offered a merit scholarship to attend.

Without knowing anything about your stats, it's impossible to say what would be a match or safety for you. (Stanford's a reach for anyone because of its low acceptance rate.)

Pomona and Claremont McKenna are 2 of the most highly selective LACs in the country. Great schools, but no safety there.
