Okay so I have done a good job coming up with match and reach schools but I am having a tough time coming up with safeties...so I leave that to you! Here are some of the schools I am looking into now: Tufts, Cornell, Colgate, Claremont Mckenna, Northwestern, Wash U, Amherst, Pomona
Here are my stats: SAT I: 2150 (750 V 750 W 650 M) ACT Composite: 32
GPA: 3.77 (Un-weighted) (at a very well respected and extremely competitive prep school)
I am more into the humanities, the closest thing to something "math based" I would get involved with would be business, otherwise political science, international relations along with business.

Macalester?

Denison? Oberlin?

Okay, I know about Oberlin and Macalester, do you really think they are safeties for me or am I underestimating myself...

safety = your state college most of the time (not always though)

Perhaps not 100% certain at Mac and Oberlin, but Denison's a nice suggestion. Certainly a safety there (and probably M and O too).

I don't know much about Mac, but I'd call Oberlin a match for you (mainly because I considered it a match for myself as well, and I had slightly higher SATs and GPA than you). How about Occidental? Maybe Kenyon (though that might be a low match)?

skidmore, union, dickinson

Hire a bodyguard/go into hiding

Lol he said "I need safety."

it was intended to be slightly humorous...

Safety from the Elite College Admissions I'm sure ;)

Oberlin is not a safety for anybody.
