Well as the title states I need help with transferring!
I've completed my common application and fafsa! However there are still a few things I don't know what and how to do:

How do I submit a letter of recommendation being done by a college professor?
(I saw the "Instructor Evaluation" on the site... should I print that out then give it to my professor who will make copies for each of the schools I am applying to, then send it to them?)

How will colleges receive my final grades for the 2nd semester?
(My second semester grades should greatly impact my GPA in a good way)

That's all I guess :/
If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it (or if something is missing to notify me haha)
Thanks :p

You can either have the letter of recommendation form printed out or have the person do it online. If you do the hardcopy, be sure to provide already addressed and stamped envelopes for each school. To do it online, there’s a place on the common application where you send an email request to the people you want to do your recommendations. Once they submit it online, then you have to designate which schools it will go to.

To get your second semester grades, you’ll have to request to have your transcripts sent again.

(If the link is not working, under the “School Forms” tab in Common App. I get 4 forms for the College official report, Instructor Evaluation, School Report, Midterm Report - these all open pdf’s.

Is this the only way I can send my recommendations?

You want the instructor evaluation. They use instructor so it’s more generic and would apply to teachers and professors, or even people who give music lessons.
