Help! Please give me insight into my chances at these colleges

I'm a junior from the Midwest with a 3.96 and an ACT composite of 28. Upon graduation, I'll have taken AP Gov, AP Euro, and AP U.S. I do more than 50 hours of service a year, I'm fourth in state at French, I'll surely write a good admissions essay. My class rank is 5.
What are my chances at the following schools:
-Tufts
-Boston College
-University of Wisconsin
-McGill

Additionally, I'm looking for some more safety schools to add to my list. I need some ideas for schools with admit. rates around 40%. Have any suggestions?

Thanks so much!

Take the ACT again and try to get 30 or higher.

Right now…

-Tufts -> Reach
-Boston College -> Low Reach
-University of Wisconsin-Madison -> Match
-McGill -> Low Reach

You aren’t providing enough information by the way.

 • What major?
 • Is that GPA weighted? What scale?
 • Class size?
 • Extracurriculars? Awards? Any recognitions?

When I retake it in June, I will likely get a thirty.
Major–> political science or international relations.
the gpa is on a 4.0 scale, just normal.
class size–> 180
extracarriculars–> debate club, forensics, french club, model un (georgetown), field hockey, choir, service club.

Thank you for the help!

Do you have any leadership positions?
