what are my chances???

Hey I'm a junior and I was wondering what my chances are at these colleges:
UChicago, Johns Hopkins, Columbia, Dartmouth, Tufts, Georgetown, Duke

I have a 3.38 GPA (unweighted, I'm sure weighted it is between a 3.5 and 3.6). I took the SAT in March and scored a 640 CR, 670 Math, and a 720 in Writing. My SAT II scores were Chemistry 620 (ehh), Math I 650, and World History 700. I took the ACT once and got a 29 but I'm not sure If I will send it.

I don't do a lot of clubs but I have been a member of the Spanish club for two years and have done several community service activities. Also, I ran for class government once.

I am a double legacy at UChicago and my parents donate a lot of money.

Please let me know what you guys think my chances are!! Thanks so much :)

My opinion is that all of thse colleges look like reaches for you, except maybe UChicago (since you're a legacy with money donations, otherwise, I think it would be a reach). The lowest reaches would be Tufts and Georgetown. I think you need to bring your GPA and SAT up a bit, and you need to list your ECs. I'd add a few match/safety colleges as back-up, too.

You're GPA is really going to hurt you, and I think Tufts and Georgetown are perhaps too big of a reach, but I'd still apply and see what happens. Your ACT is solid: I'd sent it. Good luck :)

I love Peter Paul and Mary, but you need safeties. Try looking below the top 20 universities.
