HELP.. please help me decide.. Please

<p>I got admitted to both the uni but I m hailing a serious trouble in determining which would be the best match for me.? </p>

<p>I m an international student and I want to major in finance. </p>

<p>The thing is for penn I got admitted for the 2+2 plan it start at altoona and finish at university park. </p>

<p>Asu I got admitted at the main campus ie Tempe. </p>

<p>So I m in serious trouble and I need some help.
Penn ranks 26 n asu 77 in finance.
However I heard that 2+2 isn't very great.
So if anyone can clear the stuff it would be a great help. </p>

<p>Please help me so that I can take the decison soon. </p>
