Hello,
My girlfriend has applied to Ohio University and is really nervous that she will not get in. The thing is, she has been accepted to Toledo, Bowling Green, and Miami of Ohio, so there's really no reason why OU would not accept her. OU asked her to send in her grades from the college classes she is taking now, and they are mostly A's. They wouldn't ask her to send in her grades, and they are good grades, just to turn her down would they? She didn't get that great of grades her freshman and sophmore years of high school but since then she has gotten pretty much straight A's. Do you think she will get accepted by OU? Thanks

If she has the GPA, SAT, and ECs to back her up, she will probably get in. Although I am unsure with how OU admissions process grades, some colleges require mid-year reports as a standard procedure for all applicants.

well her gpa isn't reflective of how good she has done. in her freshman and sophmore years she didnt get great grades but since then she has practically straight a's. she got a 23 or a 24 on her act I believe. i think her gpa is 2.8. but again, it was because of her freshman and sophmore years.... still think she will get in?

dude, assuming shes instate, she is golden. my x gf went to ou and had much worse stats than that. Plus, if she got into miami of ohio, which is a hard school to get into, then she must be doing something right on her apps (ec's maybe?) so she is golden at ou. Miami is like a whole tier above ou. not that ou is a bad school, just its not hard to get into.

guys do you know any college who accept a graduate who has a 2.6 gpa and a high s.a.t's score and sorry im not here to help you out with your gf but i think she has a good chance to be accepted
