help please

<p>ethnicity : asian ( india )
sat 1 : 1st try- math 780 , reading 700 , cr 750 = 2230
2nd try- math 800 , reading 800 , cr 790 = 2390</p>

<p>sat 2 : physics- 800 , math II-800 , world hist-780</p>

<p>my school doesnt rank but im in - top 5%</p>

<p>X std board examination - 92.5 %</p>

<p>im currently taking advanced classes in commerce , accounts , economics and maths</p>

<p>extra curriculars :-</p>

<p>1) school prefect
2) nature club - class 9 to 12 - currently president
3) finance and economics club - class 11 and 12 - founder and president
i even got the award for best financial manager
4) member of school dramatics team , elocution team ( captain ) and golf team
5) play hockey , basket ball , football , cricket and swim for my house
6) part of the school band playing the guitar and singing and im also passes 5th grade violin with distinction
7)voulinteer work as maths teacher in a school for the underpriveleged - teaching for 2 years 7 hrs a week
8) im the chief junior editor of a local newspaper, and also editor and photographer of my school newspaper and magazine</p>

<p>job experience : 2 years at nimbus tours and travels as junior operations manager.
i even have a reccomendation from the companies director</p>

<p>i know for a fact that my recommendations will be brilliant . i have a recomendation from the secretary of the wwf ( world wildlife fund) too.</p>

<p>my appliaction essays should be pretty good. </p>

<p>and im not applying for aid.</p>

<p>so what dyu think my chances are for getting into harvard , yale ,mit , princeton , upenn , berkely and stanford for economics ? which other colleges do you think will accept me ?</p>

<p>Any state / national / international level awards where you compete against people in your state / country with similar interests (i.e. science fairs, olympiads, athletic meets)? Those awards prove how good you are in relation to your peers. Otherwise, your grades and test scores are on track, but your ECs seem unfocused and there aren't enough awards (i.e. colleges will wonder how much time you actually commit to your myriad ECs especially if you have not enough competitions / awards to show for) to really make a compelling case for HYPSM.</p>

<p>Remember, HYPM is ridiculously hard for internationals to get in. Penn and Berkeley (and to a much lesser extent, Stanford) is probably a bit easier if you don't want aid.</p>
