HELP!! Psych 111

For those of you who have taken Psych 111 with Schreier, how did you study for her exams?? People always say Psych 111 is easy. There's just so much to read in the textbook!! You basically have 2 days to read 30 textbook pages and another 10 pages on research. Exam is tomorrow.

So how did you study? Did you even read the text? or did you just study the lecture notes?

PS. Don't trust ratemyprofessors. Psych 111 is def not easy.

Psych 111 is certainly easy.

Don’t use the textbook, go solely off the lecture slides, and you’ll be fine.

Hey, don’t make fun of athletes.

I have Psych with Schreier.

It’s all memorization.
I don’t read the textbook and there’s honestly no reason to if you go to lecture and take notes. While there are questions solely based on material presented in the textbook and not in lecture, usually those are questions that can be inferred anyway.

Read Hock though.

And I have to admit, the ideas are really easy to understand, but Psych will be hard for you if you are not good at memorization.

how did u guys do on the midterms?

I’ve heard 111 is the easiest course out there. Ask other students in your class, you should be fine.

lol this is the firrst time ive heard anyone complaining about psych 111…

either way… skim the book only if you have time.
study the notes.
