I submitted my USC app two days ago to be part of the pool considered for scholarship (Dec 1 deadline), with (what I thought) all documents sent in via DHL.

However, I checked back on to the application site, and realized that I had the SAT/ACT self-report form not sent in! I sent my scores through collegeboard, and thought that would be enough..but now after looking on USC's site, it seems to be that I need to send in my own SAT form.

If I send in the SAT form now (after December 1st...), will I still be considered as an applicant considered for scholarship?

I'm really worried about this.. :/ thanks for helping out in advance!

Thanks for the advice, but I think I would have a problem faxing it because I don’t live in the US…
My other forms I sent via DHL and it would take around 3 business days to arrive at the admissions office, which was the fastest possible way to get the forms there. If I did that again, would it count against me, since it would obviously be after the deadline?

college kid92, please provide a link or reference for your information. If it came from an official source, let us know, because your statement contradicts what USC says. According to the USC Admissions website, they do need Form 5 and your unofficial scores:

Okay, for my scores, which do I scan? Because when I sent my scores to USC, I used score choice, and I do not wish to give them an unofficial report of ALL my scores that shows up when you go to My SAT page on Collegeboard. What should I do?

You shouldn’t have used Score Choice. USC likes to see all your scores and are only going to pick the best ones anyway, so just send an unofficial report with all your scores.
