HELP! Tell me if I legitimately stand a chance at any of these schools.

Hey Guys, I was wondering if any of you could chance me at the schools I am applying to.

ACT: 30C (34E, 28M, 33R, 25S)
ACT Super Score: 32C (34E, 33M, 33R, 28S)
Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): 3.359 (This is mainly why I'm asking to be chanced)
Rank: 107/179 Meh :S (This as well)
AP (place score in parenthesis): Taking AP English, AP Psych, AP Government, AP Calc AB this year. (4) Microecon (4) Macroecon

Extracurriculars (place leadership in parenthesis): Virtually no extra-cirriculars. Took Biology trip to Costa Rica, and that's pretty much it.
Job/Work Experience: Worked 2 years as a cashier at a grocery store.
Volunteer/Community service: 50+ service hours (req. to graduate at school)

Essays (rating 1-10, details): Pretty solid, wrote an introspective view on why I am the way I am. 10/10
Recommendations (rating 1-10, details):
Teacher Rec #1: Theology teacher that loved me. Easily a 10/10 rec.
Teacher Rec #2: Biology teacher, probably a great one, he's a righteous dude. 9/10
Counselor Rec: Hardly know her. Probably generic, unless she mentioned my irregular attendance. :S

I'm applying to these schools and want to major in neuroscience:
Washington University in St. Louis (ED)
American University (more so for linguistics)
New York University
Saint Louis University
Syracuse University
University of Michigan (EA)
University of Pennsylvania (my dad is forcing me to apply)
University of Southern California
UCLA
Berkeley
Already accepted to University of Missouri and if I attend I'll join the honors college.

Any chances would be greatly appreciated :)
I'm expecting harsh results.

I think that your chances at Penn and WashU are very slim. UCLA, Berkeley, and Michigan are also reaches. My son had similar stats, with excellent extracurriculars, and was rejected from Berkeley. He didn’t apply to UCLA, and we never even considered Penn or WashU, because we didn’t believe he would be competitive for either. I’d say you have a decent shot at the College of Arts & Sciences at NYU, if that’s what you’re applying to. Stern would be a huge reach. Ditto for USC (high-match for A & S, reach for more selective programs). Syracuse and American are (high)matches, and St. Louis U is a safety.

I think you have a good chance at Syracuse, and American, an okay chance at UMich, a slight reach at NYU, reach for USC, UCLA, and Berkeley, and i’m sorry but probably slim to none for UPenn or St. Louis, although the ED might help. and sorry i don’t really know anything about Saint Louis U.

@nehc97 @woogzmama thanks for the feedback! it’s good to hear some realistic results other than my dad’s overly optimistic ones haha. I toured NYU over the summer and liked the atmosphere and the city. Not sure if the expenses would be worth it though. hmmm. anyways, thanks!

@nehc97‌ Why would you say he has an okay chance at UMich but NYU is a slight reach when the admission rate at UMich is lower?..

Woogzmama has a pretty solid description of your chances. I don’t think there’s anything else that I’d add.
