Are you going to work in the US upon graduation? If so, any specific city or part of the country? With a list like this, I think you’ll find “regional appeal” with employers.
What area of business do you intend to study (finance, marketing, accounting, management, etc.)?
Kelley Indianapolis is a good Business School (and ranked). It is on the the IUPUI Campus. But @parc918 is correct. Most of the schools listed including IUPUI will appeal to Regional employers. But Indianapolis, and the Midwest part of the US is an excellent place to be. If you apply yourself and succeed you will be coveted by many venerable US companies.
My son chose the Kelley School at IUPUI over IU Bloomington and is being courted by 4 top companies as a sophomore for Internships for next summer.
@Goodkidsdad Yeh I got accepted to IUPUI with a $28000 scholarship for four years . I think its a great one.
What do u think bout the others from the list I gave ?
By “regional appeal” I mean that a degree from IUP will serve you well in the Midwest (for example). If your goal were to work live and work in Southern California, then SDSU or CSUF might serve you better.
If you said your goal was to work in Mississippi, then that University might be your best bet.
Not to imply that you can’t work anywhere you want, just get great grades from whichever school you pick and you’ll be all set!
The U. of Mississippi has one of the top accounting programs, both undergrad and grad, in the nation. So you may want to do a little more research on the school and what it offers.
Kelley Indianapolis will certainly place you in Midwest cities like Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Louisville, Cleveland etc. Or other next level towns (Fort Wayne, Dayton etc) that provide unbelievable quality of life and cost benefits. Most of these towns you can buy a 4 bedroom, lifetime quality house for 200K.
Again, dont forget that Kelley Indianapolis is a ranked degree and a slam dunk in this market. In the Mean time Kelley Indianapolis is right in the middle of Indianapolis. A vivacious, relatively safe, extremely “happening” town.
Last weekend my son went out for Turkish food on his way to get some $8 Pacer tickets against LeBron James. He is having the time of his life!! (the point is that Indianapolis has what you are looking for).
I am a big fan. Message me directly if you want more info.
Please go look and visit at Kelley Indianapolis on your own terms.
