<p>I am applying as a transfer for sophomore standing to some top schools (Penn - CAS, UChicago, Northwestern, and the likes) and I recently re-took the ACTs in hopes of improving my score. I didn't improve at all. None of the schools superscore the ACT.</p>
<p>Yes, I know that I have a low chance of getting into most of the schools, and, yes, I know that my college GPA is more significant than my ACT scores, but I just want to make a strategic decision to improve my chances for acceptance.</p>
