Hello I am trying to decide between UCR and San Diego State. I am looking to go into business/accounting. Please give me feedback on which school would be a better experience overall. And which is the easiest city to find a job in my field. Also there are more opportunties for internships. I like San Diego but money is a big part of my school decision. I dont like Riverside much because its hot weather and emplyers dont seem to hire UCR grads as much. But I do live really close to UCR so I could commute. I got into EOP at SDSU. My financial aid awards are below.

UCR award
Total Cost of Attendance: 32,228
EFC: 595
Financial Need: 31,631

Pell Grant: 5000
Cal Grant A: 12,924
UCR Grant: 6,430
Work Study: 350--------> I know its low and believe me I have called and asked why.
Gift Aid: 24,354

My net cost: 7,872

SDSU award:
total cost of attendance: 26,014

Pell grant: 5000
Cal grant B: 1551
State University Grant: 5970
Work Study: 4000
Gift Aid: 16,521

Net Cost: 9493

For SDSU, Tuition and housing and books only, is actually less that 22k per year. Which give me a net cost of a little over 5K. And I was told that SDSU is located in the inland area of SDSU so is that bad? I really like the beach and the city life but my academics are first. Or I can trasnfer from UCR to a better UC? Comments and opinions are welcomed. Thanks
