I still need to retake the SAT reasoning and take 2 more subject tests which one is going to math lvl 2 and I don't know about the other. Someone tell me if this is still possible to and will give me enough time to apply to colleges. Please.

You will have enough time. Don't worry.

u can still sign up for the june SAT if you do standby at the test center or i believe there is late registration for an extra fee

As other posters said, there's the late registration option, testing by standby, or waiting until the fall. I assume you are currently a junior.

If you're planning on applying EA/ED, you will be cutting it pretty close. You could take the October and November tests, and depending on which school you are looking at for EA/ED, you could make it in (some EA/ED schools will accept November scores for consideration, while others will not. It's important to check)

If you're applying RD, then you've got plenty of time. October, November, and December test days are all available for RD.

What exactly is the "testing by standby" option as I missed the registration also.

Standby testing is when you go to the test centre, and if they have room for you (i.e. extra test booklets, kids don't show up, etc.) they'll let you write the test. You need to fill out a form plus include I think either a cheque or credit card number; you're supposed to be able to get said form from your guidance department, or just call the Collegeboard and they'll mail you one (for free, surprisingly ;)) You will have to get to the testing centre early as it is first come first serve; I've heard some test centres require you to call ahead of time to put your name on a list, but I think that's a centre by centre thing, as the one in my area just had people show up and register the day of.
