You will know within the next few days.
For those schools, his chances aren’t all that great. They aren’t great for anyone. But I’m guessing he’s instate for Berkeley, so that should help. UNC and the Ivies will probably be a rejection. The ECs are very bland.
I think he will probably get into Berkeley, even though his EC’s aren’t too fantastic. UNC is very hard to get into OOS. Almost as hard as the ivies. Harvard and Princeton are likely rejection letters.
I would say he has a pretty good chance at being accepted at Berkeley and would even go as far as to say at UNC Chapel Hill as well but even that is going out on a limb. Harvard and Princeton will both be reaches for him and no one on here can actually predict his chances for admission with such a huge margin of error (5% vs 95%), I would lean towards rejection on both of those. But we’ll see soon enough. Let us know how he fared!
THanks all. He did do 4 summers of Native American Missions trips to Arizona. And a Medical Dental Missions trip to Ecuador.
But sadly, no Extracurricular activities like national awards, westinghouse, etc.
Today he got wait listed at Berkeley. I guess chances are bad for the other 3.
