Help! What kind of SAT Subject test should I take?

I'm currently a junior and an international student. I originally planned on taking math 2c, World History, and Chinese, but after taking the Chinese practice test, I thought it was a bit too hard for me :( Should I drop chinese and take just two? I'm worried because some top ranking universities want at least one foreign language.. thanks!

I have never seen a university require a foreign language SAT. Which ones?

I think you are okay with the 2 you plan, but add one if you are comfortable in an area. Very few require 3. Check each you will apply to to be sure.

I have not heard about that either.

^Agree with above responses.

You may be confusing it with the test to avoid taking foreign language classes after matriculation. Some universities in the US require that students take a foreign language, unless the student demonstrates proficiency. One way schools allow that is by a high score, say 700 or above, on the SAT language test.

Requirements vary so check with each school.

thanks for the replies!! Really helped :)
