Help with class decisions

So I am completely stressing about my class schedule this year. I am a just starting senior year and I am already ready for it to be over! I'm struggling with the fine balance between overloading myself and not being rigorous enough. Help would be much appreciated.

I have gotten all As and Bs

So here are my classes so far

Freshman year:
Honors Biology
English1/2
World Geography
French 3/4(have credit from 1/2 in middle school)
Algebra 2 w/trig(aglebra and geometry credit from middle school)
Drawing/painting 1/2
Water Polo

Sophomore year:
Honors chemistry
AP world history
Accelerated English
Drawing 3/4
French 5/6
Pre-calculus
water polo

Junior year:
AP US history
AP biology
AP Lang
AP calculus
Leadership
Sculpture 1/2

Even though I have only taken leadership as a class for one year, I have been involved in student leadership for all of high school. I have a lot of extra cirruculars and have done service trips abroad. For my senior year, I would love to be able to take 4 classes, AP lit, AP Gov, AP stats, and Advanced sculpture. I am considering adding AP French if it will make a real difference-I don't want to rid my chances of getting into UCs(specifically Davis and LA). Is this schedule too light? Other than that, I am looking at mainly private Liberal Arts schools. What should I do?!

My SAT score is currently just under 2000, but I am retaking it once more.
