<p>1) One of my college's supplements doesn't appear on the website. Does this mean I have to mail it?</p>
<p>2) Do early decision agreements have to be mailed because they need signature??</p>
<p>1) Check the college's website and make sure a) there is a supplement and b) there's no way to submit it online through their own website. If that is the case, then yes, you have to mail it.</p>
<p>2) Yes, you have to print it and mail it.</p>
