Help with Junior Year Schedule

I have been SUPER stressed out lately because I don’t know what classes to take. I would like the go to a competitive state college. I know I definitely need to challenge myself but I don’t wanna to make myself hate high school and be miserable.

Option 1
AP Lang
APUSH
APES
Pre-Calc w/ Trig HN
physics HN
Adv Comp
Adv Seminar

Option 2
AP Lang
APUSH
AP psych
Pre-Calc w/ Trig HN
physics HN
Adv Comp
Adv Seminar

I know APUSH is pretty hard but I am in AP World and I don’t think its all too bad and AP Lang seems very beneficial!

SO I was pretty psyched to take AP psych but then I heard endless people tell me that it was SUPER hard and they regret taking it. Also, I’m interested in taking APES too but I know I most likely will not do a career in that path. Please help me! I have to put in my schedule tomorrow! Also, I play volleyball at my high school, club volleyball, Spanish Honor society, English Honor society, and next year I plan to possibly intern at a pediatric center.

I just don’t know if I should risk taking AP psych (even though it is notorious for being hard) or take APES (which would be a GPA booster because I heard it’s not bad)

AP Psych is one of the easiest AP’s. However, if it’s difficult at your school specifically, take APES.
Both would be considered electives anyway - it may be better for you to take level 3, 4 or AP of the foreign language you’ve been studying, since it’s a core class and not an elective.

Thank you so much!
