Help with Letters of Rec from Counselors! Please!!!!!!!

I need help! I'm freaking out!!! I've already sent my applications to the following schools with the deadlines in parentheses:
USC (scholarship deadline; December 1)
Santa Clara (January 7)
Notre Dame (December 31)
Georgetown (January 10)

Someone recently told me that ALL of these schools need letters of recommendation from a high school counselor! I have not had my counselor fill this out!!!! Can someone please confirm this and tell me if I will even be considered for admission now!!!! I'm freaking out! Please help me!!! Thank you! Also if I get him to write a letter in the next few days will that still count! I am completely confused and scared that I won't even be considered!!!!!! D:

Did you ask your school to send your school forms? because the rec is usually part of that.

Did you use the common app for any of them? did you download your counselors email address? you can check to see if your counselor completed the forms.

No, I didn’t ask my school to send the school forms, I did get two teachers from my school to write me letters of rec though.

Yes, i used common app on all of them except for usc and georgetown because they aren’t on it.

I didn’t download my counselor’s e-mail address either.

I’m confused –> with my school at least, when they send the transcript they also send the school forms. It is the guidance office’s policy to send a letter with that as well.

Call the schools early Monday and try and figure it out. This is fixable.

OP - did you request transcripts be sent out from your hs? If you did - then there should not be a problem - usually the GC evaluation automatically accompanies the transcript. If for some reason you did not notify your hs that you had applied to these colleges and request transcripts - then there really is nothing to be done except request it Monday and ask them to send asap.

Also, schools usually tell you if a part of your application is missing, and give you time to fix it. Of course, only USC would be far enough along to notify you, but if they did not, that is a good sign. Do you have a login? check your status.
