Help with UT Austin late application issues??

I'm an OOS student applying to UT Austin. I submitted my application, essays, and test scores all days before the deadline, however, I have two issues as of right now. The first is that, even though I am CERTAIN my counselor sent in my transcript (probably sometime in October, well before the deadline), My Status still says they have not received my transcript, and at this point it seems like it should have definitely been processed. I emailed an admissions counselor to ask if there's something I should be doing about that. Second, on My Status it says that my "Supplemental Information form" was received "on 12/14/2013, which was after the deadline". I don't remember 100% but I believe the supplemental information form was something on My Status, not the application, that asked about things like household income? All I remember about it is that the first time I logged into My Status, which I guess was 12/14, I saw that there was something required I hadn't finished, and I hadn't even heard of that document, but I did it right then.

Basically, am I screwed? Is this "supplemental information form" an essential part of the process? I have no idea how I was supposed to know about it. And does anyone have any idea what's going on with my transcript? HELP!

Yes, you are screwed, and this is coming from an In state student. UT Austin is notorious for refusing to review an application if they receive ANYTHING late. I’ve seen it happen too many times to people I know.
