Help???

<p>I have a few questions..</p>

<p>My first is about a gear up scholarship..
I still haven't recieved my scholarship has anyone else? When I get it does it go to my Fin. Aid office at my school or is a check sent to me? </p>

<p>My second question is what is the difference between a pell grant and a cal grant? Do I keep the money ( a check to me) or does my school keep it? I'm sooo Confused?? HELP ME!!!</p>

<p>The Pell grant is a federal grant that anyone in the country who is eligible can get. The Calgrant is a California State grant that is only available to California residents going to Califlrnia colleges. </p>

<p>The grants are credited to you school. If there is any money left after your direct school expenses such as tuition and fees, room and board etc, then the balance is paid to you.</p>
