Help!

I am a high school senior. I attended a private school for my freshman through junior year. My parents were not able to afford it anymore because of the economy. My parents still owe a balance of the tuition that they will not be able to pay off before my senior year is over. Therefore, the school is withholding my transcript. The public school was able to enroll me in classes but the issue is with college. I want to attend a 4 year university I must take a GED to become accepted because I don't have a transcript. Is there any possible way I can take a GED and still finish taking classes at the public school even though I won't recieve a diploma? Because I want to complete my senior year but I want to enroll in college, too. Do I have any other options?

Thanks for your future help!

Your best option is to enroll at a community college and then wait for your school to release your transcript and then apply as a transfer.

Will your parents be able to pay it off before around December of next year?

your best option is to post this in the parents forum where you will receive much more helpful replies

^I agree. Also, I’m sorry about your situation. I can imagine that it’s frustrating. Hopefully everything gets cleared up. Best of luck!:)
