<p>Neither is mine. I'm going to send another copy tomorrow for the sake of having a 2nd one with the postage deadline of August 1st.</p>
<p>I called admissions. They said they are still going through the forms mailed in July. They said to call again if you don't see it checked off by Aug 4. I mail mine in via registered mail in July.</p>

<p>Don't worry though, it's not like they're going to revoke your admission for this form. The wording said it may put a hold on your registration process if by any chance they didn't receive it, or didn't receive it on time. Am I correct on this?</p>
