UConn- accepted with $12,000 merit

Bowdoin- rejected

I enrolled at UVM on Sunday. I love Burlington and the club offerings. My dad went there too and loved it. I'm going for Biology and UVM has a good science program with research opportunities. It's the least competitive school I got into but I think I can make it fantastic by getting a high GPA and doing research. Holy Cross is a fantastic school but I found it a little too preppy, I'm going into grad school so 58k is questionable, and Worcester honestly blows. UVM may have a hippie reputation or whatever and I don't do drugs but I've heard the community is fantastic and it's a big place with lots of different types of kids. Burlington is by far the best place out of my choices as well.

So learn from how I did! Hopefully I gave you insight into the process. Anything to say reply away!
