I applied to Barnard and I’m from Philadelphia. If you don’t mind me asking where are you from? Has any of you visited the school? I wish I could have visited.

Unfortunately, I was not able to visit. Hopefully, I'll be able to go to the admitted students thing in April crosses fingers

I'm from a suburb of Chicago (I always feel dishonest when I say just Chicago because I don't live in the city, haha).

I spent a month at Barnard this past summer and I love it! I'm from a suburb of Ft. Lauderdale, FL!

I was in New York this summer after my team and I won this national competition among the Girls Incorporated Affiliates and spent two weeks on Wall Street. While I was there, we visited & I fell in LOVE with the school. I definetly explained that in my essay but it's gorgeous; small but that's exactly what I want! I love the feel & the women are SOO friendly! I'm from Lynn, MA. A small culturally diverse city about 30 min. from Boston! Good Luck ladies! Hope you get in : )

o & also different1- have you visited or applied to Bryn Mawr? I applied there but I haven't seen that school yet! From the pictures & investigating I've done on the school it looks GORGEOUS.

I am originally from South Korea and have been in Chapel Hill, NC for about 3.5 years.
I've never visited Barnard (I passed the school once when I visited NYC for the fisrt time, but I didn't know it was Barnard), but I know it's a terrific school!

I'm from a small town in Maine. I spent a week at Barnard this summer during their Pre-College Program.

I'm from...well, everywhere, really. Currently we're living in Alabama. (O.o)

I'm also applying to Bryn Mawr and I've seen both campuses. When we went to Barnard there was construction and such, and it was after hours, so I didn't really get that good of a look at it, but Bryn Mawr is DAZZLING.
