1 what/how will the ‘open curriculum’ of brown help me general?
2 what are the points in their admission process that they look for most?
3 can excellent e.c. w/high sat scores (2250) and essays and experience some sort on overcoming an adversity in my life ever make up for a really low gpa?</p>

<p>1.) Search the forum.</p>
<p>2.) Just be yourself, do well in school, get good test scores (>95th percentile), get a job, be a leader, have hobbies and ECs, etc. If you try to play the college admissions system, more often than not, you will lose.</p>
<p>3.) It depends on how low your GPA is. Lastly, have your GC mention the adversity.</p>
